1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • General Returns: You can return most products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product (within 48 hours). We will offer you a full refund or exchange, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Custom Orders: We do not accept returns or refunds for custom or personalized items, including custom name plaques, custom orders, and any personalized art unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@alnoorwallart.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the product is damaged or defective, please include a photo of the damage.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure that it is well protected to avoid damage during return shipping.
  4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or damaged.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, you can return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Please follow the same return process outlined above. Any differences in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Custom or personalized products (except in the case of damage or defect)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products, if applicable

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, the return policy outlined above will apply.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. If the refund is still not showing, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
