Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour start date.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:
- More than 60 days before the tour start date: 10% of the total cost.
- 30-60 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total cost.
- Less than 30 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total cost.
3.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.

Changes to Bookings
- Any changes to your booking must be communicated in writing.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee that all requests will be possible.
- Changes may incur additional charges.

Travel Insurance
- It is mandatory for all travelers to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal accidents, medical expenses, and repatriation.

Health and Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and participate in all activities.
- Royal Wheel India reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or posing a risk to the safety of the group.

Liability
- Royal Wheel India is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour.
- We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.

- We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
- By booking with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
